Terms of use

Version 1, 2026-11-01 Applies to: DoRaptim builds published by Tenkuryu Code (the installers, packages, engine archives, and the browser extension).

These terms are also available in Indonesian (TERMS-OF-USE.id.md). Both versions are equally valid. If they differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

These terms are an agreement between you and Tenkuryu Code ("we"). By installing or using DoRaptim, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not install or use DoRaptim.

1. What you may do

We give you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use official DoRaptim builds on devices you own or control, for your own personal use or for internal use in your organization.

2. What you may not do

You may not:

  • sell, rent, lend, sublicense, or otherwise distribute DoRaptim builds, or offer them for download elsewhere. You may link to the official downloads page;
  • modify DoRaptim, or decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
  • remove or change any copyright, license, or trademark notice;
  • use DoRaptim to break the law, infringe copyright or other rights, or get around access controls, paywalls, or copy protection;
  • use the DoRaptim name or logo except as TRADEMARKS.md allows.

3. Third-party and earlier open-source components

DoRaptim includes components made by others, and earlier versions of some DoRaptim code were published under the MIT License. Those components and that code remain governed by their own licenses, which are included with the builds (for example LICENSE-MIT). Nothing in these terms limits the rights those licenses give you.

4. What you download is your responsibility

DoRaptim downloads files from the addresses that you or your browser give it. You are responsible for what you download and for following the law and the terms of the websites you download from.

5. Privacy

DoRaptim runs on your device and has no account, telemetry, analytics, or cloud service. The privacy policy (PRIVACY.md) explains what it handles and keeps.

6. Pre-release software

DoRaptim is pre-release (alpha) software. It may contain errors, lose or damage downloads, or stop working. We may change or stop offering it at any time. Keep copies of anything important.

7. No warranty

DoRaptim is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, or business, arising from your use of DoRaptim or your inability to use it. Because DoRaptim is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is zero. Some laws do not allow these limits; where that applies, they apply only as far as the law permits.

9. Ending these terms

These terms end automatically if you break them. You may end them at any time by uninstalling DoRaptim. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, and 10 continue after the terms end.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

11. Changes

We may publish new versions of these terms. A new version applies to builds released after it is published. The version included with a build applies to that build.
