Update and uninstall

Is there a newer version?

Run this in a terminal (Command Prompt on Windows):

doraptim update

It tells you whether a newer version is out and which file to download. DoRaptim never checks by itself.

Update

• Installer or package: install the new one over the old one. It stops the running engine and replaces it.
• Homebrew: brew update && brew upgrade doraptim
• Scoop: scoop update doraptim
• Extension: unzip the new ZIP into the same folder and choose reload on DoRaptim's card in chrome://extensions.

Uninstall

doraptim uninstall stops the engine, removes it from your browsers, and deletes its download queue and history. Your downloaded files are never touched. Add --keep-data to keep the queue.

Windows: Settings, Apps, Installed apps, DoRaptim, Uninstall.

macOS package:

doraptim uninstall
sudo rm /usr/local/bin/doraptim
sudo rm -r /usr/local/share/doc/doraptim
sudo pkgutil --forget code.tenkuryu.doraptim

Homebrew: doraptim uninstall --yes, then brew uninstall doraptim.

Scoop: scoop uninstall doraptim

Then remove the extension: chrome://extensions, Remove on DoRaptim.
